2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If one person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on mm90 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). We currently support three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party account to make deposits is strictly prohibited.
• The deposited amount will be credited to your account in full and without error.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Winnings linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

3.3 Transaction Verification

mm90 reserves the right to verify any transaction in the interest of fraud prevention and financial security. Payment processing may be delayed and additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

mm90 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions, and all related terms must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on mm90 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Promotions

mm90 offers recurring reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions. Bonuses cannot be combined while one is active, unless specifically permitted.

4.4 VIP Program

The mm90 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Through regular active participation, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. mm90 reserves the right to set and change the criteria for VIP tier qualification.

mm90 provides gaming services across various categories including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and fishing games. Compliance with the specific rules of each section is mandatory.

5.1 Sports Betting

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets in the cricket betting section:

• Betting odds may change at any time.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount may be refunded — a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
• Placing bets based on privileged information (suspected match-fixing) is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Casino Games

All outcomes in slots, live casino, and other games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). mm90 continuously monitors the system to ensure fair play. mm90 reserves the right to void any incorrect payout displayed due to a technical error.

5.3 Game Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or any other reason, the game outcome will be determined according to mm90's server logs. The server log is final and will be accepted as evidence in any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using mm90 services. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (including arbitrage betting).
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.

7.1 Suspension or Closure by mm90

mm90 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Indications of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• The need to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please contact the support team in this case. Withdraw any bonus-free winnings before closing your account.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

mm90 follows its own policy regarding the preservation of balances in accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Contact the support team for any matters related to inactive accounts.
